“Whoa whoa umm…I wasn’t paying attention, I’m new around these parts. Just visiting right now.” He was still a little unsure of what to say next. He bumped into a girl, someone he didn’t know about. King really thought he shouldn’t let his feelings get in the way of his sense of direction. “Umm…hey I didn’t mean to do that. Sorry, just…wasn’t paying attention, had a lot on my mind well still do.” He said in a very softening manner. He hoped she would understand.
“My name is King and hey you’re not hurt anywhere are you?”

As King’s bus left him down from his previous trip to Nibelhiem, he landed down on an area called Wutai. In this place, the sun was coming up, the weather warm enough and the area almost seemed like…

King was a little unsure what to think really. He either just helped a girl out that was about to be attacked or he probably just helped a thief just now. And this materia was a little sketchy for him too, it sounded more like gold since it gave people more powers. “So…this thing is supposed to help people get like powers or something like that? Well they do look like gems I gotta admit.” He was a little unsure when he responded. “Alright then…well anywho, name’s King. Nice to meet you Yuffie.”

He smiled either way. He didn’t get caught but would be careful next time. “So what’s around this place? Is there anything going on right now here in Wutai?”
As King walked around the courtyard of the academy, he walked through the gates for target practice. His pistols were ready to be used, new magazines loaded, polished and calibrated just right. King looked into the targets before him, some with special case scenarios, like…
King sat down with Rem, a younger girl than the rest of the class but someone he saw with alot later on in her life. He nodded to her and crossed his arms. “Yeah it is thankfully. Lots of sun and the winds are nice too.” He moved around a little to get himself settled in better.
“Actually, you took me by surprise. I was about ready to fire these two until I saw you.” He laughed a little bit as he looked to her direction. “Didn’t wanna startle you or nothing Rem. So how was summer? You hung around with Machina?”

Noel and King, running right through and being cautious of the areas around one another, were both two kids on the run from a military empire. King kept looking around, pointing his guns to every direction, away from Noel. For the first time, King was pressing on, even when it was tough on the inside. But there was a truth behind the reason why he was running.
“It’s a long story but…” King paused as he looked to Noel and spoke in a quieter tone of voice. He looked behind him and in front. No cameras, surveillance, troops or anything. The coast was clear and they opened the door leading to the roof. There were no windows and since this place was double insulated, it was impossible for any soldier outside to listen to. “The truth is, I had a team of people. All friends, and we were all from the same class. We were sent out on a mission and then we got word from one of our teachers, Kurasame, to return fast, that the Milites Empire was pushing through the academy now. My class made it, but the routed us all…I got lucky and held my own.” King paused as he looked down to the ground. This was emotionally as tough for him to explain as it was with those flashbacks. He looked back up to Noel though this time with a focused intention. “But I’m make it through this for all of them. Ready to get outta here?”
Dudes and duddettes, what’s up guys? =)
Thanks a ton for all the responses and for the welcomings too. Really happy to be part of FFC. Anywho, I was gonna say that I’ll be gone for the most part this week. In one cold knight, King, the leader of Class Zero from the academy at Rubrum, got on a train to get away from everything going on at the academy and to get away for a bit from all the studies and work he was given over the week. He was looking outside his window to see a new area. A place filled with lights.

“Damn…this place is just…amazing.” King said as the train was nearing toward the docking station. He had to get away from everything and everyone. But also time to think about a certain someone without any distractions. Even though he had his phone, he felt scared about contacting her. The doors open and King walks outside, looking around him with all these different faces getting on and off the midnight train.
He walked up the stairs and enter into the new city. Lights, music, and people were all over the area. King walked with the crowd and then strayed to go up some stairs to see the city from a distance. He leaned on the bars, his mind lost in thoughts and thinking to himself on all these different things. Being a leader is good, but there had to be time for him to get some time alone.
As he walked around the area looking all around this place, he almost tumbled on a girl that was walking the opposite direction. “Whoa! I’m really sorry about that! Didn’t mean to do that, honest!”
With the academy giving King the special privilege to go out and take all these field trips, he decided on visiting the Shinra headquarters. As the car the picked him up drove away and left him in front of the building, King was just surprised and taken by how marvelous the…

“Oh my name is King. I’m from the academy from Rubrus. They did mention that you would show me around the Shinra headquarters for a tour. But anywho, pleasure to meet you ma’am.” He took his right hand out for a proper hand shake.
King did notice that as she was walking in that she had other duties to take care of, and he was considerate as he waited patiently. “If it helps any Cissnei, I can wait here and wait for you to finish up on what other duties you have to take care of.”

As King heard Noel’s choice, he nodded his head and knew that Noel wasn’t reckless. “Okay, good instinct. Here’s the plan: let me get in there and knock these two out cold. These guns can fire but they also have enough weight to put a man to sleep.”
King had both of his guns prepared and quietly sneaked in from the back. When he got close enough, he quickly smashed the butt of one of the guns to the back of both guard’s heads, pistol whipping both the guards and knocking them out cold. At that point, King pointed the other pistol forward just in case. Thankfully no one else was stationed there. A risky move, but one that had to be done. “Okay Noel, coast is clear, we gotta double time outta here.”
With that King waited for Noel to catch up and run together to the other side of the hall.
The day was winding down, the afternoon rush was slowing now that the sun was well on its way to dipping below the buildings that lined the horizon and Tifa was finally allowing herself time to herself. With the stools and tables that made up the interior of the dark paneled bar empty and…
King was able to go around the area of Midgar thanks to the academy allowing him to freely travel and study abroad. He left Queen in charge, the only girl he ever could trust. He was inside a car, sitting on the passenger side talking and joking with the driver as they grew closer to another new area. The driver opened the passenger door for King to exit and told him about the time he’d meet him. “Thanks a lot for the lift, I’ll see you later then.” King said in a grateful tone of voice and smiling to the driver.
He took everything in. He read about the incident that happened that almost destroyed Midgar once and for all and the efforts of Cloud Strife and his comrades. To him, that story served as a prime example that having a good, well trained and united team can accomplish anything together. There was reconstruction going on but it was far from complete. King walked around this time in civilian clothes.
He walked into what he thought was a restaurant called “7th Heaven” and closed the the door he had entered.

“Evening to you ma’am.” King said in a hospitable tone of voice. He looked around the area, and he quickly found out it was a bar. “Oh man, I don’t think I should be here. But do you by any chance serve soda?”
